During this time, Mr. Colaco served as President and CEO of INET, leading the company through divestiture from Magnetek and Teledyne Industries. He built the business both organically and through strategic add-on acquisitions and successfully grew the organization into a leading supplier and integrator of high end power and cooling equipment for both commercial and military aircraft as well as missile systems. Mr. Colaco began his career at Lockheed Systems based in Burbank California, where he oversaw procurement of over $80 million dollars of specialty aerospace equipment.
As a senior leader he served on the Board and was a senior advisor of Shilling Robotics, LLC. He was part of the initiative that ultimately sold the company to FMC Technologies for $240 million dollars. The company specialized in underwater robotics used in the oil and gas industry and has become the framework of the FMC undersea oil and gas initiative.
Mr. Colaco serves on the boards of five privately held, technology companies based in Southern California. He also serves on the investment committee of a major investment fund.
